Ley 24 de 1905 · Por el cual se fomenta el establecimiento de bancos Hipotecarios

º Es también obligación de los Bancos hipotecarios presentar anualmente al Gobierno nacional, para su publicación en el periódico oficial, las siguientes noticias acerca de la marcha de cada establecimiento:

Importe del capital suscrito por los accionistas;

Importe del capital pagado por los accionistas;

Importe de los préstamos hipotecarios hechos en el curso del año, con expresión de la rata de interés á que se hayan verificado;

Importe de las cédulas hipotecarias emitidas y amortizadas;

Importe de los créditos hipotecarios pagados por los deudores, y del saldo á favor del Banco; y

Importe del fondo de reserva.
