Art. 48. Contra la sentencia del Juez hay Lugar á recurso de apelación para ante el respectivo Tribunal Superior, siempre que el recurso se interponga en el acto de la notificación de la sentencia o dentro de las veinticuatro horas siguientes. En el Tribunal Superior se sustanciará el recurso de apelación corno el de todo auto interlocutorio, pero el término para resolver es de seis días.
