Los exámenes de aptitud se presentarán ante los funcionarios o comisiones que para el efecto designe el Ministerio de Comunicaciones. Los aspirantes a obtener licencia que no aprobaren los exámenes establecidos en el presente Decreto, podrán presentarlos nuevamente transcurridos por lo menos seis (6) meses contados a partir de la fecha del examen no aprobado.
