º . La Junta Directiva podrá invitar a sus sesiones a los servidores públicos y demás personas que considere necesarias para la discusión de temas específicos. El Director de la OCCRE ejercerá la Secretaría de la Junta Directiva, para lo cual deberá convocar a las reuniones, elaborar las actas respectivas y las demás funciones que señale la Junta Directiva.
