La administración de los auxilios votados por la presente Ley, se hará por una junta, que al efecto se crea, compuesta por el Presidente del Concejo Municipal de El Santuario, el cura Párroco y un ciudadano designado por el Gobierno Departamental, y de su inversión se rendirá cuenta a la Contraloría General de la República.
