Art. 2° Los expedientes que se hallen en estado de ser revisados por el Ministerio de Guerra, y los que en lo sucesivo despache la Comisión de suministros, empréstitos y expropiaciones, pasarán al Ministerio del Tesoro para su aprobación ó improbación y para el giro de las órdenes de pago correspondientes.
