En general, la verificación aduanera de las mercancías a su ingreso al recinto ferial, debe limitarse al control de la clase, marca y número de bultos, o si la mercancía no está embalada, a la naturaleza de las mismas. Durante la celebración del certamen ferial y en cualquier momento, las autoridades aduaneras podrán realizar el control de las mercancías.
