La financiación de las obras a que se refiere la presente Ley se hará con las sumas que no fueren gastadas anualmente, de la cuota de Fondo Ferroviario creado por la Ley 26 de 1945 , en el sector Diviso-Pasto. y con los recursos extraordinarios a que se refiere el artículo siguiente.
