Artículo vigésimoquinto. La Corporación estará sometida al control fiscal por intermedio de un Auditor de la Contraloría General de la República. Cuando, según las leyes, el Auditor no deba ser nombrado por la Contraloría General de la República, corresponderá a la Junta Directiva hacer la delegación.
