°. Remuneración adicional. Los funcionarios y empleados a quienes se les aplica el presente decreto, y que laboren ordinariamente en los Departamentos creados en el artículo 309 de la Constitución Política continuarán devengando una remuneración adicional correspondiente al ocho por ciento (8%) de la asignación básica mensual que les corresponda. Dicha remuneración se percibirá por cada mes completo de servicio.
