Reserva del expediente disciplinario . Los miembros de las Juntas de Escalafón tendrán la obligación de guardar reserva absoluta del expediente en los casos de procesos disciplinarios que se adelanten contra los docentes. La violación de esta prohibición, debidamente comprobada por la Junta, ocasionará la pérdida de la investidura.
