Impedimentos y recusaciones . Los responsables de evaluar a los empleados inscritos en la carrera de la entidad deberán declararse impedidos cuando se presenten las causales previstas en el Código de Procedimiento Civil y el Código Contencioso Administrativo que les sean aplicables. En ningún caso la formulación de queja de carácter disciplinario dará lugar a impedimento o recusación.
