Artículo único. Del Tesoro nacional se entregará á la viuda del General Próspero Pinzón la suma de doscientos mil pesos ($ 200,000), para que sea repartida por iguales partes entre aquélla y cada uno de sus hijos, todos menores de edad. Esta suma se considerará incluida en el Presupuesto de Gastos de la vigencia en curso, con imputación al Departamento de Guerra.
