Art 60. Puede el adjudicatario ceder el remate á tercero, pero se requiere entonces que el rematador se presente ante el Secretario de Hacienda, y manifieste que hace tal cesión, que este empleado lo acepte, y ponga á continuación del respectivo certificado que se tenga al cesionario por asentista La cesión hecha así sólo transfiere al cesionario el derecho de recaudar la contribución rematada ; pero no exonera al rematador ni á los fiadores de las obligaciones que contrajeron con el Departamento.
