Vótase la suma de cien mil pesos ($ 100.000) como auxilio nacional al monumento que se erigirá al doctor Jorge Eliécer Gaitán, en el pórtico de la casa que fue su última morada.

Parágrafo

Esta suma se entregará al Comité Nacional a cuyo cuidado está la erección del mausoleo a Jorge Eliécer Gaitán, una vez que se demuestre su personería y se aprueben los proyectos del monumento y contratos respectivos por una junta integrada por la señora Amparo Jaramillo de Gaitán, el Director de la Escuela Nacional de Bellas Artes, un representante de la Sociedad Colombiana de Arquitectos, y un delegado del Ministerio de Obras Públicas.
