Por medio del organismo correspondiente, el Gobierno Nacional procederá a otorgar a favor de la Junta Municipal de Deportes de Buga, entidad con personería jurídica, la escritura pública para perfeccionar la cesión que se le hace por medio de esta Ley. También podrá delegar ese encargo en el Alcalde Municipal de Buga.
