Reducción o eliminación de las autorizaciones de vigencias futuras. El Consejo Superior de Política Fiscal – CONFIS- cuando lo considere conveniente por razones de coherencia macroeconómica o por cambios en las prioridades sectoriales, podrá reducir o eliminar las autorizaciones de vigencias futuras. En estos casos, el CONFIS no podrá reducir o eliminar las autorizaciones de vigencias futuras que amparen compromisos perfeccionados. (Art. 6 Decreto 568 de 1996)
