º. Las Juntas contarán con un Secretario quién tendrá las funciones de elaborar las correspondientes actas y suscribir las providencias, copias y demás actos análogos de las Juntas Directivas.
Actuará como Secretario de la Junta el ayudante o Secretario del respectivo Fondo Rotatorio.
