Para conferir el título y entregar el diploma al graduado, el Rector o el Ministro, si estuviere presente, le exige al terminar el acto público, juramento de obedecer la Constitución y leyes de la República, y llenar fielmente los deberes que le impone la profesión que ha elegido. En seguida quien le tomó el juramento le entrega el diploma en nombre de la Facultad. CAPITULO XV Del plan de estudios, programas y textos.
