ARTICULO 4o . SUPRESION DE EMPLEOS. - Dentro del término de los procesos que se lleven a cabo para ejecutar las decisiones de enajenación de acciones o cuotas sociales del Estado y sus entidades descentralizadas, de la Empresa de Comercialización de Productos Perecederos -EMCOPER S. A. , la Junta Directiva suprimirá los empleos vacantes y los desempeñados por los trabajadores oficiales cuando ellos no fueren necesarios.
