Articulo 1º. Cuando ocurra falta absoluta del Presidente o del Vicepresidente de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, las funciones que a estos Magistrados corresponden de conformidad con el artículo 10 de la Ley 89 de 1948, serán llenadas por otros Magistrados de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, de la misma filiación política de aquel que bien vaya a reemplazar, y que será designado por la Corte Electoral.
