Antes de efectuar los pagos de los auxilios reconocidos con la destinación de reconstruir las zonas incendiadas, la Junta respectiva deberá exigir de los interesados las seguridades que estime necesarias para garantizar la inversión del auxilio decretado en la finalidad especial para que fue solicitado.
