Los avalúos de los terrenos se harán por peritos nombrados tanto antes como después de que las obras se ejecuten, en la forma siguiente: uno por el Gobierno Nacional, otro por la Junta de Propietarios interesados y un tercero por los dos peritos así nombrados .
