Las estaciones que tengan una potencia de 1000 vatios en adelante, deberán estar dotadas de un juego de instrumentos que indiquen el porcentaje de modulación, variación sobre el eje de onda al efectuar la modulación, estabilidad de frecuencia, nivel de los ruidos y zumbido en decibels y total de distorsión de audio-frecuencia. Las estaciones de menos de un kilovatio, suministrarán las curvas y demás comprobantes de que llenan los requisitos técnicos que exige el Gobierno. Este se reserva el derecho de efectuar la comprobación. CAPITULO V Explotación y programas.
