Artículo primero. Para efectos del presente Decreto, se denominan agentes vendedores, representantes, agentes viajeros o agentes técnicos de ventas, las personas naturales que bajo la continuada dependencia de un patrono y mediante una remuneración, realizan, fuera de la factoría, la venta o distribuci6n de mercancías o bienes, y no constituyan por sí mismos una empresa comercial similar a la de su patrono.
