La tarifa para la matrícula y las actas de inscripción de los documentos a que se refiere el artículo 28 del Código de Comercio será la señalada en el Decreto 242 de 1970. Esta tarifa se aplicará igualmente a los certificados que expidan las Cámaras de Comercio.
