°. Funcionamiento . La Comisión se reunirá de forma presencial cada tres (3) meses, previa convocatoria realizada por el Secretario Técnico a solicitud del presidente y extraordinariamente a solicitud de alguno de los miembros de la Comisión. La Comisión podrá deliberar y someter a aprobación sus decisiones con al menos siete (7) de sus miembros y las decisiones serán adoptadas por mayoría simple.
