° Se reconocerán los grados de Bachiller en Filosofía y letras que expidan los Colegios Departamentales establecidos en las tres primeras de las ciudades mencionadas con el nombre de Universidad, y en Tunja con el de "Colegio de Boyacá," siempre que los cursos se hagan con la misma extensión que en el Colegio Mayor de Nuestra Señora del Rosario de Bogotá.
