ARTICULO 35 . FINES DE LA COMISION DE ESTUDIO. Las comisiones de estudio sólo podrán conferirse para recibir capacitación, adiestramiento o perfeccionamiento en el ejercicio de las funciones propias del empleo de que se es titular, o en relación con los servicios a cargo del INPEC.
