Para los efectos de la liquidación de la participación, el concesionario deberá entregar al Ministerio de Minas y Petróleos, dentro de los veinte días siguientes al vencimiento del respectivo trimestre, la suficiente documentación con el detalle del mineral explotado y beneficiado, los comprobantes del precio en el mercado principal de ventas, el análisis del costo de elaboración y los demás datos que se consideren necesarios.
