Art. 104. En las Oficinas de Recaudación y Pago se llevará un registro de las liquidaciones que se hagan á favor del Tesoro por cada ramo de ingreso, y otro de los pagos que se hagan por cada capítulo del Presupuesto; y al fin de cada mes se describirá en la cuenta un solo artículo de reconocimiento á favor del Tesoro por el valor de las liquidaciones sobre las cuales no haya reclamación pendiente; y otro de reconocimiento á cargo del Tesoro por los pagos que se hayan verificado.
