º . La incorporación de los empleados a los cargos de la planta de personal, creados en el artículo 2º del presente decreto, se efectuará dentro de los sesenta (60) días siguientes a la fecha de su publicación teniendo en cuenta, lo dispuesto en el Decreto 1173 de 1999 y demás normas vigentes sobre la materia.
