º. El Administrador Interventor desempeñará las siguientes funciones, en cuanto a la administración: a). Conservar y cuidar todas las propiedades nacionales, raíces y muebles, no entregadas a los contratistas. b). Impedir la destrucción de los bosques y la ocupación indebida de las propiedades nacionales. c). Presentar al Ministerio trimestralmente los presupuestos de gastos y solicitar la apropiación de las partidas correspondientes. d). Pasar al Ministerio un informe mensual sobre sus labores. e). Las demás que le señalen las leyes o decretos y las que posteriormente le atribuya el Ministerio.
