De conformidad con los reglamentos establecidos al efecto por el Director General de Aduanas, podrá prescindirse para efectos aduaneros, del peso de los recipientes o envolturas restituibles que suelen usar las compañías de transporte para resguardar paquetes pequeños. Esta exclusión sólo se concederá cuando el recipiente sea consignado a la compañía de transporte o a su agente bajo la condición de que toda la mercancía empacada dentro de él se declare y despache en la aduana bajo un manifiesto común.
