Las casas y granjas familiares para empleados y obreros de que trata la Ley 170 de 1936 quedan exentas durante diez años no solo del impuesto predial sino también de los de aseo, luz y demás impuestos municipales que gravan la propiedad raíz, siempre que el valor de la casa o granja no exceda de cinco mil pesos ($ 5,000.00).
