Art. 14. Las Administraciones principales de Hacienda, con vista de los gastos a que tienen que atender conforme al artículo que precede i de los fondos que mensualmente reunen en su caja, formarán i pasarán a la Direccion jeneral de Correos un presupuesto de las cantidades con que en cada trimestre deben ser ausiliadas para el completo pago de dichos gastos.
