°. Otorgamiento . La Medalla Militar “Guardia de Honor de Colombia” del Ejército Nacional, será conferida por una sola vez al personal postulado para dicha presea, previo cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos para el efecto y que a consideración del Concejo de la Medalla se hagan merecedores de esta distinción, mediante resolución expedida por el Comandante del Ejército Nacional.
