Los Sacerdotes que hubieren servido en las Fuerzas Militares durante un (1) año como Capellanes Auxiliares, podrán ser incorporados en el Escalafón como Oficiales de Culto, con el grado de Teniente o Teniente de Fragata, de acuerdo con la reglamentación que expida el Gobierno.
