El artículo 14 quedará así: "Cuando alguno de los Profesores titulares de la Facultad desee postular su candidatura para regentar una cátedra diferente de la que está dictando, deberá con anterioridad presentar las pruebas de que se ha hablado para obtener el título de agregado en el curso correspondiente. Se exceptúan de esta disposición los Profesores de cursos teóricos para los cuales exista clínica correspondiente, quienes pueden postular su candidatura para Profesor de dicha clínica, sin necesidad de nuevas pruebas.
