Mientras subsista el actual estado de emergencia, las llantas y neumáticos serán distribuidos por las Juntas Asesoras de la Dirección Nacional de Transporte y Tarifas, en los Departamentos, y por las Juntas Municipales, en aquellas ciudades en que se hayan constituído dichas Juntas, conforme a las instrucciones que imparta la Dirección Nacional.
