Interrupciones del servicio. En el caso de presentarse interrupción en el servicio por cualquier causa, la entidad deberá mantener informados a los usuarios de dicha circunstancia e implementar las medidas transitorias requeridas. En caso de suspensiones programadas del servicio, la entidad deberá avisar a sus usuarios con cinco días (5) de anticipación, a través del medio de difusión más efectivo que se disponga en la población o sector atendido.
