º . Administración. El gobierno Nacional celebrará un contrato de administración del Fondo Nacional de Esmeraldas, en los términos de los incisos primero y quinto del artículo 101 de la Ley 488 de 1998. La contraprestación que se acuerde en dicho contrato cubrirá la remuneración de la entidad administradora, así como todos los gastos relacionados con la administración de la Contribución Parafiscal de la Esmeralda y del Fondo.
