Art. 6.° Cuando cesen las causas que obligan al Gobierno a asumir en la presente época la administración de la conservación y reconstrucción de las líneas telegráficas, el Poder Ejecutivo podrá llamar a los contratistas de la conservación de las líneas a que se continúe dando cumplimiento mutuo a las obligaciones contraídas en los respectivos contratos.
