El Gobierno Nacional procederá a construir en la población de Ragonvalia, de la frontera con Venezuela, un edificio destinado a cuartel para alojamiento de las guarniciones y resguardos de la frontera, y en el cual se establezca una dependencia para el funcionamiento de las oficinas nacionales de Correos y Telégrafos.

Parágrafo

Para el fin previsto en este artículo destínase la suma de cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50.000-00).
