Toda reclamación a la Caja para el pago de prestaciones, devolución de primas, etc., prescribe a los cuatro años de haberse producido el hecho que la cause, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 4° de la Ley 165 de 1941, reformatorio del artículo 2543 del Código Civil.
