Los exportadores mineros que inviertan no menos de un 5% del valor FOB de sus exportaciones anuales en proyectos forestales destinados a la exportación, tendrán derecho a que dichas inversionesestén exentas de todo tipo de impuestos y gravámenes por un término de 30 años.
