De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 1º de la Ley 7º de 1944, la "Cuarta Enmienda del Convenio Constitutivo del Fondo Monetario Internacional", adoptada por la Junta de Gobernadores del Fondo Monetario Internacional el 23 de septiembre de 1997, que por el artículo 1º de esta ley se aprueba, obligará al país a partir de la fecha en que se perfeccione el vínculo internacional respecto del mismo.
