En la medida en que esta Ley no disponga otra cosa, las autoridades portuarias aplicarán las reglas de procedimiento administrativo que contiene el Decreto 01 de 1984 (Código Contencioso Administrativo), las normas que lo complementen o reformen.

Contra los actos del Superintendente General de Puertos que pongan fin a una actuación administrativa, procederá el recurso de reposición únicamente.
