Artículo único . Declárase restablecido el orden público y levántase el estado de sitio en el territorio del Departamento de Caldas, y, por consiguiente, sin efecto en lo sucesivo, las disposiciones a que se refieren los Decretos números 1977 y 1978 de 7 de octubre y 2000 de 8 de octubre del año en curso.
