La Comisión de Regulación de Agua Potable y Saneamiento Básico tendrá la siguiente planta mínima global de personal: Nº DE CARGOS DENOMINACION DEL EMPLEO CODIGO GRADO Tres (3) Experto de Comisión Reguladora 90 - Seis (6) Asesor 1020 15 Tres (3) Secretario Ejecutivo 5040 23 Un (1) Auxiliar Administrativo 5120 11 Tres (3) Conductor Mecánico 5310 11

Parágrafo

Quienes desempeñen el empleo de Experto de la Comisión Código 0090, para efectos de la remuneración y primas se regirán por lo dispuesto en los Decretos 1171 de 1993 y 138 de 1994, conforme a lo establecido en el inciso 2º del artículo 177 de la Ley 142 de 1994.
